Lotus Mindworks provides professional services including but not limited to:

  • Manifestation Coaching

  • Reiki Healing

These services are designed for personal growth, self-development, emotional well-being, mindset enhancement, and spiritual exploration.

3. No Medical, Psychological, or Financial Advice

All services provided by Lotus Mindworks are complementary and holistic in nature.

  • We do not provide medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

  • Reiki and energy healing are complementary wellness practices and are not a substitute for licensed medical treatment.

  • Clients are advised to seek professional medical or psychological assistance for any physical or mental health condition.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge full responsibility for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

4. Client Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Coaching and healing outcomes vary from person to person.

  • Results are not guaranteed.

  • You are fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.

  • You participate voluntarily and at your own discretion.

Lotus Mindworks shall not be liable for any direct or indirect outcomes resulting from your participation.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.
If under 18, written parental or guardian consent is required.

6. Payments and Fees

  • All fees must be paid in full prior to the scheduled session or program start unless otherwise agreed.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Taxes (if applicable) will be charged as per governing laws.

  • Payment plans, if offered, must be completed as agreed.

Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Session Cancellations:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

Programs & Digital Products:

  • Due to the nature of digital content and energetic services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

  • Refunds, if granted, are at the sole discretion of Lotus Mindworks.

8. Confidentiality

All client information shared during sessions will be kept strictly confidential except:

  • Where disclosure is required by law.

  • Where there is risk of harm to the client or others.

  • With written client consent.

However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security of transmitted information.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials provided, including:

  • Course content

  • Workbooks

  • Meditations

  • Videos

  • Written materials

  • Branding and logos

Are the intellectual property of Lotus Mindworks.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Lotus Mindworks shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Loss of income, business, or opportunity.

  • Emotional, psychological, or physical reactions resulting from participation.

All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

11. Disclaimer of Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific manifestation outcomes, healing results, financial improvements, relationship outcomes, or life transformations.

Personal growth depends on individual effort, circumstances, and external factors beyond our control.

12. Code of Conduct

Clients agree to:

  • Behave respectfully during sessions.

  • Not engage in harassment, abusive behavior, or inappropriate conduct.

  • Not record sessions without written consent.

We reserve the right to terminate services if conduct is deemed inappropriate.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or government restrictions.

14. Governing Law
