Refund and Cancellation

1. No Refund Policy

All purchases made with Lotus Mindworks are final.

Due to the nature of life coaching, manifestation coaching, Reiki healing, digital programs, energetic services, and downloadable content, we maintain a strict no refund policy.

Once a session is booked or a program is purchased:

  • Fees are non-refundable.

  • Payments cannot be reversed.

  • No partial refunds will be issued.

  • No refunds will be provided for unused sessions or missed appointments.

By purchasing any service or product, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.

2. Session Cancellations & Rescheduling

While refunds are not provided, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise.

  • Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ prior notice.

  • Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session may result in forfeiture of the session.

  • No-shows will not be rescheduled.

Rescheduling is permitted only once per session unless otherwise approved at our discretion.

3. Programs & Packages

For multi-session packages or coaching programs:

  • All payments are non-refundable.

  • If a payment plan is selected, the client remains responsible for completing all installments.

  • Discontinuation of participation does not release the client from payment obligations.

4. Digital Products & Courses

Due to immediate access to digital materials:

  • All digital products, recorded sessions, online courses, guided meditations, and downloadable resources are non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be provided once access has been granted.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds will only be considered in the event that:

  • Lotus Mindworks cancels a session and is unable to reschedule.

  • A duplicate payment has been made.

Any exception is at the sole discretion of Lotus Mindworks.

6. Agreement

By booking a session, enrolling in a program, or purchasing any service or product from Lotus Mindworks, you confirm that:

  • You have read this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  • You understand and agree to the No Refund Policy.

  • You accept full responsibility for your purchase decision.
